  • The Gamma (at all times) measures and stores not only shot velocities but also time-elapsed between shots, including total time. To make the Timer-Data visible, press the Timer Button. When in Timer-Mode the Chrony will also measure velocities at a rate of up to 1800 rounds/minute as well as the time elapsed between shots.

Every SHOOTING CHRONY® is made of 20 gauge steel but weighs less than 2½ pounds. It is powered by one 9 Volt alkaline battery (not included) and equipped with a large LCD-readout, 0.5" high. When folded, a SHOOTING CHRONY® measures 7½" long, 4½" wide, and 2¾" high. Every SHOOTING CHRONY® comes with an adjustable size, triangular shooting area from 8"×8" to 14.5"×14.5". The sides of the triangular shooting areas are made of wire-rods; the top of the triangle is formed by a 2¼" wide strip of tough, Hi-density polyethylene plastic, 1/8" thick. All shooting is done through the center of this triangular area, along the axis of the chronograph.

Shooting Chrony - Ballistic Printer



Prints on plain paper, comes with 16 ft. interface cable and runs on 120V_AC Adapter, Output_6VDC (included) or 4-AA Batteries (not included). Can be placed anywhere on the Shooting Bench because it connects to the Chrony with a Cable (without needing light port alignments).

The SHOOTING CHRONY BALLISTIC PRINTER works with all Shooting Chrony Models and all Master Chrony Models, manufactured and sold since January 1, 2000, and, starting with Serial # 157288.
The following Chrony Models manufactured and sold prior to that date and Serial number also work with the CHRONY PRINTER: The Alpha, Beta and Gamma Shooting Chronys and the respective Master Chrony Models.

Prints velocities as you shoot, and/or afterwards, when retrieving from memory. When done, push button, and Printer gives statistics, such as: LO, HI and Average velocity, Extreme Spread and Standard Deviation. Attach to target or file. It is a document.
